Memory Cakes are for those occasions when you want to remember someone. It was an idea I came up with just after my grandma passed away. We wanted our memories of her to be happy ones. So, rather than her funeral being a sad day, it was a celebration of her life. I asked members of my family what one thing made them think of her and the 'Memory Cake' was born.
